We are currently in the process of gaining UAQ Certification with a view to providing PfCO based UAV services for Video and Photography projects.

Under the terms of the Air Navigation Order (ANO) set out by the Civil Aviation Authority; Article 94, Section 5 states:

"The person in charge of a small unmanned aircraft must not fly the aircraft for the purposes of commercial operations except in accordance with a permission granted by the CAA."

It is therefore illegal for any person or company to conduct UAV (Drone) flights for Commercial (either paid or unpaid) Video or Photography purposes without a valid Permission to fly for Commercial Operation (PfCO).
